The Green Queen

The Juice Bar Co-founder and Culinary Institute of America graduate, Heidi Lane, was presented with a challenge to create healthy recipes that taste amazing and conquered it head on. In the spring of 2012, Lane and close friend, Tom Hennings, joined forces to create The Juice Bar – an approachable place to get chef-created juices, smoothies, bowls or snacks that taste just as good as they look, all for a bit less expensive than the competition. Lane personally developed each recipe on the menu and takes great pride in being able to serve satisfied guests.  We recently got the inside scoop from Lane on what her go-to menu items are for any and every cure.
