Bandier – Key Holder

The Role

As a Key Holder at Bandier, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our athletic activewear store. You will be responsible for supporting the management team in the daily functions of the store, including opening and closing procedures, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for customers. Your role will involve overseeing the sales floor, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring that store standards are upheld.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the daily opening and closing of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service, offering product knowledge and styling advice to customers.
• Support the management team in achieving sales goals and enhancing customer experiences.
• Maintain store appearance, including merchandising, replenishing stock, and organizing the sales floor.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stock counts, and product transfers.
• Uphold store policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Serve as a point of contact for store operations in the absence of management.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel or activewear.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including closings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for fitness, fashion, and the Bandier brand!
