TWP Opens Its Only Texas Store at Highland Park Village
DALLAS, TEXAS – (Thursday, May 22, 2025) – Highland Park Village, Dallas’ premier open-air shopping and dining destination, is pleased to welcome New York-based women’s clothing brand TWP. The store, located at 33B Highland Park Village, Dallas, Texas 75025, will mark the brand’s only standalone retail space in the state of Texas and fourth in the nation, joining the collection of over 60 stores and restaurants.
“We are thrilled to welcome TWP to Highland Park Village,” said Stephen Summers of Highland Park Village. “This cool brand exudes a fine balance of timeless luxury and approachable, beautifully crafted womenswear. It will be a great addition to our current collection of esteemed brands as we continue to look to add exclusive names to our retail mix, as well as provide unique experiences for our guests.”
Founded by Trish Wescoat Pound in 2021, TWP’s collections are inspired by both the exceptional and everyday moments that shape women’s lives. Originally from Oklahoma, Pound blends the aesthetics of the American Midwest with a metropolitan sensibility influenced by New York City. Luxurious fabrics, masterful tailoring, and comfortable fits define the TWP collections.
“Dallas represents one of the most important and dynamic markets in the United States today, and Highland Park Village stands as the number one luxury outdoor shopping destination in the country,” said Andrew Rosen, Co-Founder of TWP. “As TWP continues to evolve and grow, securing a presence in Highland Park Village was an immediate priority. When the opportunity presented itself, the decision to establish our newest location here was, quite frankly, a no-brainer.”
The pop-up store in Highland Park Village is inspired by the brand’s Sag Harbor location with natural, earth-toned elements. In addition to all categories of women’s ready-to-wear, the store will carry Flamingo Estate, a nature-based lifestyle brand inclusive of household essentials.
This addition to Highland Park Village comes shortly after the opening of Swiss luxury watchmaker Richard Mille’s first Texas store and largest location in the United States. In addition, it has been announced that Miu Miu will be joining the luxury lifestyle center with their only store in Texas in fall 2025.

About TWP:
‘It’s about ease and comfort and sophistication.’
Trish Wescoat Pound founded TWP to offer her own take on American Sportswear; effortless, unbound, understated pieces that complement the reality of women’s lives.
Raised in Oklahoma although undoubtedly a New Yorker at heart, Trish blends the utilitarian spirit of the American Midwest with a metropolitan sensibility. Each season draws upon Trish’s core influences: American heritage workwear, men’s inspired shirting and tailoring, and the brand’s home, New York City.
TWP’s collections are grounded in uncompromising quality and craftsmanship. Fabrics of the highest quality are predominantly sourced from heritage mills in Italy, and collections are locally manufactured in New York City.
