In 2021, Trish Wescoat Pound founded TWP to offer her own take on American Sportswear. Working from her Soho apartment, she set out to design collections inspired by both the exceptional and everyday moments that shape women’s lives. Yet, what defines TWP is how Trish’s own experiences unfold in her designs. A night spent dancing downtown manifests in a sparkling skirt; a day spent sketching in the studio shows up in the precision of a banded cuff. Each piece is a tangible memory – a souvenir of lives lived in New York City and beyond.

Trish was raised in Oklahoma but is undoubtedly a New Yorker at heart. The aesthetics of these two defining places are ever present in all her collections. The clothes blend the utilitarian spirit of the American Midwest with a metropolitan sensibility. Each season draws upon Trish’s core influences: American heritage workwear, men’s inspired shirting and tailoring, and, without fail, a touch of rock n roll sparkle.

Trish designs thoughtfully and tailor intuitively – every detail is conceived with intention. Each unique cuff, or pocket detail takes cues from women’s practical needs and aesthetic desires.
