HIGHLAND PARK VILLAGE WELCOMES IMPRESSIVE NEW TENANTS THIS SPRING AND SUMMER

DALLAS, TX (February 3, 2021) – Highland Park Village, Dallas’ premier open-air shopping and dining destination, is excited to welcome some of fashion’s chicest brands. With numerous property and landscape enhancements still underway, 2021 holds even more exciting development plans and tenant openings including the addition of feminine fashion line LoveShackFancy, renowned watch brand Rolex, luxury jeweler Van Cleef & Arpels, and more.

New Tenants Coming in Spring/Summer 2021
LoveShackFancy – Opening March 1, 2021
The cult-favorite New York-based fashion brand known for its whimsical and feminine designs, prints and hues will join Highland Park Village in a permanent boutique space located next to Carolina Herrera early this spring. After a successful, almost yearlong, pop-up within our MARKET boutique, LoveShackFancy has proved extremely popular amongst Dallas shoppers. Customers can expect to shop the full collection of flowy dresses, skirts, accessories, jewelry, and even the brand’s newer home collection of vintage-inspired bedding, table runners, bath towels, and more in the new boutique.

Rolex – Opening Spring 2021
Rolex, a Swiss watch manufacture headquartered in Geneva, is recognized the world over for its expertise and the quality of its products. Highland Park Village is thrilled to welcome a new Rolex boutique, operated by Bachendorf’s, in a beautiful two-story salon space slated to open early spring between Bistro 31 and Bluemercury. This new boutique will offer professional expertise in an elegant setting, one that promotes a sense of harmony, discretion and intimacy with the brand.

Ganni Pop-Up in MARKET – Opening April 2021
MARKET will introduce “the World of Ganni” this spring in its own built out space in the front of the boutique. After a rotation of several successful pop-ups within MARKET last year, the latest “it brand” to join the lineup is Ganni. Dedicated to minimizing its social and environmental impact, Ganni is striving to become a more sustainable brand. Shop the spring collection upon opening, with fall arrivals touching down in store early May. The anticipated six month long pop-up space will carry ready-to-wear, accessories and more.

Van Cleef & Arpels – Opening Summer 2021
French High Jewelry Maison, Van Cleef & Arpels, is pleased to announce the opening of its first boutique in Dallas. Located in the Village on the corner across from Starbucks and next to Trina Turk, the Van Cleef & Arpels boutique will feature a newly constructed second floor that will house an exclusive salon for customers to discover the creations in comfort and privacy.

Recent New Openings
Last year, Highland Park Village welcomed a number of exciting new tenants including luxury Swiss watchmaker Audemars Piguet, Italian intimates brand La Perla, the one-size-fits-all kaftan and kimono brand La Vie Style House, and New York-based fashion brand known for its signature stripes, La Ligne. Highland Park Village also added a new restaurant, YO! Lobster, the latest dining concept of casual costal cuisine from esteemed Dallas restaurateur Nick Badovinus. In addition to these exciting openings, Bluemercury underwent a large renovation and expansion. The new 1,861 square foot location is double the size of the original store and now houses a spa area containing several treatment rooms.
