HIGHLAND PARK VILLAGE ANNOUNCES STYLISH ADDITIONS TO PERSONAL SHOPPING PROGRAM

DALLAS, TX (May 26, 2016) – Highland Park Village is excited to announce the addition of another professional stylist to its expanding personal shopping team and formally unveil the new Personal Shopping Salon. Celebrating 85 years in 2016, America’s first shopping center continues to offer extensive complimentary services and a carefully curated selection of brands to ensure an exceptional experience for guests from all over the world.

With more than 10 years of diversified experience in retail, Becky Bowen joins Highland Park Village’s highly qualified personal stylist team, partnering with Liz Thrash to bring customers a convenient and distinct shopping experience. Bowen’s previous retail experience includes Stanley Korshak, Barney’s, Intermix and most recently Christian Dior.

“Highland Park Village is shifting the convenience of shopping and the luxury retail experience,” says Becky Bowen. “My position as personal shopper incorporates more than the name implies — the vision of services available to my clients is endless and I am thrilled to bring a superior and tailored shopping experience to all of my clientele.”

Complimentary Personal Shopping Services

Highland Park Village’s convenient Personal Shopping Salon is one of the most recent additions to the historic property, expanding complimentary services for all customers. The team of stylists serve both local and out-of- town customers looking for assistance with finding everything from a special gift for a friend, to a formal ball gown or merchandise from the latest designer collections, all at no expense to the customer. Every element of the client’s need is taken into account, including their style, event, and budget, when pulling the perfect items for any occasion from our entire collection of nearly 60 premier stores.

The elegantly finished Personal Shopping Salon, located on the second floor above Diane von Furstenburg and accessible via the ground-level hallway between Carolina Herrera and Diane con Furstenburg, offers clients a beautiful space to enjoy while trying on hand-pulled merchandise. Chilled champagne and spacious fitting rooms help to create a seamless shopping experience in a comfortable setting, with tailoring services available upon request. In addition, home merchandise delivery will remain an option for clients.
“We have worked to create a welcoming lifestyle experience in a charming setting, differentiating the Village in a special and personal way,” says Managing Director, Highland Park Village, Ray W. Washburne. “From complimentary valet parking throughout the Village, to our TaxFree Refund Center that opened this past fall for international shoppers and now our Personal Shopping Salon – we strive to go above and beyond, providing all of the conveniences and luxuries our guests look for.”

Over the past year, Highland Park Village has welcomed a variety of new brands including Alice and Olivia, Bandier, Céline, Dior Beauty, Etro, Filson, Market, Shinola, Theory and others, with more slated to open throughout the summer and fall of 2016.
