Highland Park Village is pleased to celebrate turning 85 this year. Join us as we take a look back at some of our brightest memories and prepare for more great moments to come.
1931 – Highland Park Village opens with a grand opening party in true carnival style complete with games, a Ferris wheel and the ultimate grand prize for one lucky winner – a pony.
1985 – Hermes opens one of just two stores in Texas, designed by Hermes family member, Rena Dumas. The beautiful boutique was remodeled in 2015 to include a complete home collection.
2000 – Highland Park Village is designated a National Historic Landmark.
2012 – The first ever Highland Park Village Magazine launches, featuring Ready-To-Wear collections from specialty retailers and editorial articles.
2012 – Dallas couple, Kelly and Michael Snyder, capture the celebration of their engagement at one of their favorite place’s – under the Highland Park Village holiday lights.
