Texas’ First ‘by REVEAL’ Installation Brings a Tiny, Innovative Boutique to Highland Park Village
What is by REVEAL? It’s a new, traveling pop-up shop created by architect Megan Berry and developed at the highly competitive Harvard Innovation Lab to connect consumers with emerging local designers. Just how “tiny” is said shop? It’s 6’x6’ with two fitting rooms. But before you let a fear of claustrophobia give you pause, keep in mind that Berry studied design in London and received her Master of Architecture at Washington University in St. Louis, so she probably knows a thing or two about a smart layout.
Here’s what you really need to know. Each REVEAL is one-of-a-kind, curated by location, and gives talented new designers a safe place to test brick-and-mortar strategies. Different iterations have popped up in New York City and Los Angeles, and by REVEAL has partnered with Highland Park Village for its Texas debut from September 22-25, launching just ahead of the posh shopping center’s Fall Beauty Event, which begins Friday.
You’d probably also like to know which emerging talent will be on display inside the sleek little boutique between Café Pacific and Market? That, dear readers, we cannot tell you. But we can tell you to stay tuned to by REVEAL’s social media accounts. They’ll be teasing local talent starting this Wednesday.
