Tell us a little about yourself and what led you to your job at Tom Ford?

I have been in the Dallas luxury retail scene for about 20 years and have been very blessed to work with many prestigious brands during my career. Tom Ford is a luxury brand with unique offerings, and I have always been very passionate about the brand.

How long have you been leading the charge at Tom Ford in Highland Park Village?

I have only recently joined to lead the store. It seems like I have been here for a long time because my Tom Ford family has been so welcoming and supportive. I settled in very quickly.

What is your favorite or most unique thing about what you do?

Luxury retail is not about selling necessities. It is all about creating desires and making clients’ dreams come true. My favorite thing about what I do is creating memorable client experiences and seeing them leave the store with smiles and returning to visit often.

How long have you personally been visiting Highland Park Village?

I have been visiting Highland Park Village for years since I live close by. It is a special place to bring visitors to enjoy fine dining and luxury shopping experiences.

What do you enjoy most about the Highland Park Village community?

What I enjoy most about Highland Park Village is its ambiance and exclusivity. It sets that feeling of calm and luxury coming together.

Are there any secrets or fun facts you can share about the center, your company or yourself?

I was born and raised in Taiwan and had an opportunity to move to Dallas by myself for school. I fell in love with the city and never left.

Lastly, where would we most likely find you in Highland Park Village?

My fun place is The Honor Bar. I have been a fan since day one! There are so many great spots filled with amazing people that I have become close friends with. I love seeing Dorothy at Deno’s. She has such positive energy, and her smile makes me happy.
